You just need to simply go to Google Reader, and at the top left, click Add Subscription, paste the RSS Feed link, and click OK.  There are also apps for certain phones that will Read RSS feeds for you.

How to record an MP3

1). Download the program Audacity from the following link for Windows, and install it:

http://audacity.googlecode.com/files/audacity-win-unicode-1.3.13.exe

If you are using an Apple computer, there are instructions on the website on how to install Audacity.  If you have any problems, please email wordpress@nextchristiancommunity.org for assistance.

2). Download and install the LAME plugin.  This is required by Audacity to convert your audio recordings to MP3 files.  We will use this later in this tutorial.  Here is the link:

WINDOWS: http://lame1.buanzo.com.ar/Lame_v3.98.3_for_Audacity_on_Windows.exe

MAC: http://lame1.buanzo.com.ar/Lame_Library_v3.98.2_for_Audacity_on_OSX.dmg

3).  Run the program Audacity.

4). Goto the menu Edit, then down at the bottom to Preferences…

5). Select Libraries on the left menu, and go up to the button locate:

6). Browse to the LAME installation folder, something similar to:  C:\Program Files\LAME for Audacity,   and click the file lame_enc.dll and click OK.

7). Close the Preferences menu by clicking OK.

8).  Now, time to record some audio (this assumes your computer’s microphone is setup correctly).  Click the record button and begin talking into the mic:

9). Click the stop button when you are finished.

10). To save your recording as an MP3 file, go to the menu File and down to Export…

11). Give a name to your file, change the file type to MP3, and click save.

12).  Congrats, you’re done!
